Red Rice

Red RiceRed Rice (Organic): Red rice has the higher nutritional value of rice’s eaten with the germ intact. It is usually eaten unhulled or partially hulled, and has a red husk, rather than the more common brown rice. The red bran layer contains 95% of the minerals and dietary fibre of the whole rice which contains Iron, Zinc Potassium Sodium, Manganese and so forth. Inner white portion contains predominantly carbohydrate and proteins.
